Description

Manage data inputs and reporting for Flow Control business leadership teams. Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to support the General Manager and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define key performance parameters and create reports to track project progress, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate internal and external reports, including KPI decks, customer recovery plans, and President reports.
• Maintain project RAILs, meeting minutes, and organizational charts.
• Manage customer coordination activities and prepare materials for customer reviews and All Hands meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business operations or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data consolidation from multiple sources.
• Experience with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
• Ability to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strong skills in project evaluation and monitoring.
• Proven ability to prepare customer presentations and reports.
• Background in quality assurance processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder influence.
