Description

You will design and standardize business processes within the Quality Management workspace.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization and establish business metrics within your assigned area.
• Manage project planning, work breakdown structures, and time tracking.
• Document integrated process and value stream maps, including QMS documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks through signed-off plans and resolve process integration gaps.
• Partner on integration test strategies, plans, and scripts to drive user acceptance of change.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process, Manufacturing Quality Management, or IT Functional Analysis.
• Extensive hands-on and systems experience in the SAP QM Module.
• Proven ability to lead and drive decisions across all levels of an organization.
• Expertise in business process mapping and redesign.
• Strong project and matrixed management experience.
• Deep functional and cross-functional knowledge of quality workspaces.
• Ability to benchmark end-to-end best practices and vet customizations.
