Description

You will perform advanced testing and analysis of client production systems and applications throughout the full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute load, stress, and performance testing to identify system bottlenecks and failure points.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts, including unit, comparison, regression, integration, and functionality testing.
• Utilize automated testing tools to validate application performance and ensure system support for anticipated workloads.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development, and Operations to resolve requirement discrepancies and coordinate test sign-offs.
• Document test status, metrics, and outcomes while recording bugs in automated tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance processes and techniques over the full software lifecycle.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL to create queries.
• 2+ years of experience in functionality testing using HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) or Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Proficiency in VB scripting languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent years of related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing using HP LoadRunner.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMMS, Benefits Administration, and Financials.
• Quality assurance certification such as SQA or CSQA.
