Description

Perform routine analytical testing including cell-based potency assays, ddPCR, qPCR, and ELISAs. Prepare solutions, maintain cell lines, and execute limit tests using HPLC techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily laboratory activities including cell culture, cell passage, and usage of plate readers and automated cell counters.
• Maintain laboratory documentation in logbooks, test forms, LIMS, and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Assist with revisions of work instructions, SOPs, forms, and reports.
• Manage analytical test method supplies and samples.
• Ensure lab areas are clean, organized, and equipment is maintained.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of industry experience (maximum 2.5 to 3 years).
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Experience with HPLC techniques.
• Experience with cell culture and cell-based assays.
• Experience with electronic systems such as LIMS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ddPCR and qPCR.
• Familiarity with ELISA protocols.
