Description

You will perform microbiological validations for raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy and precision against established specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological validations including Bioburden, Endotoxin, Sterility, and PET testing.
• Conduct equipment qualifications and support Media Fill and Reads processes.
• Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement improvements.
• Write analytical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure supply availability.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in quality control or microbiology laboratory settings.
• Strong understanding of microbiological validation techniques and sterility testing.
• Proficiency in interpreting analytical data for accuracy and precision.
• Experience with equipment qualification and validation protocols.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
