You will manage testing lifecycles, ensuring system integrity through rigorous validation and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, cases, scripts, and data aligned with project goals.
• Establish efficient test environments and conduct workflow analysis to improve testing effectiveness.
• Validate system changes to prevent adverse impacts on existing functionality and document findings.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical architects, and business leads on strategic testing direction.
• Analyze complex business systems and provide technical guidance during project walk-throughs and prototype development.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of software testing experience focused on functional, black box, and regression testing.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Integration Testing, System Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and lead solutions for test tool issues.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Bilingual English proficiency (B2+ level) in both spoken and written communication.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides and test plans.
