Responsibilities

• Conduct training and establish benchmarks to measure quality performance.
• Execute testing to identify significant variations in quality.
• Develop and deliver Master Test Plans, test estimates, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Generate defect reports, final test summary reports, and test status reports.
• Develop KPIs and track project status to manage system governance and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality control or QA analysis.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in developing test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience managing defect reports and status reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and track KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage technical, operational, and business activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
