Description

Manage quality control processes and risk mitigation strategies within a third-party risk management framework. Act as the subject matter expert for risk culture, providing challenge on operational risk identification and escalation. Lead root cause analysis and implement remediation plans while ensuring adherence to TPRM policies through guidance and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance risk culture and practices across the organization.
• Challenge and validate the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and deliver corrective or remediation plans.
• Escalate material risks to top-level leadership with discretion.
• Provide guidance, training, and tools to ensure business adherence to TPRM Framework policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related fields.
• Experience in Internal Audit and Vendor/Relationship Management.
• Deep understanding of Third-Party Risk Assessment processes.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and sampling methodology.
• Strong understanding of documentation requirements for governance and control.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet strict timelines.
• Strong meeting and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver QC results with discretion and sensitivity.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Ariba, Coupa, and SharePoint.
