Description

You will own analytical testing, bake tests, and line audits to ensure production compliance and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finished products for redox, Chittack, pH, moisture, salt, and titratable acid (TA) content.
• Conduct daily verification and calibration of laboratory equipment and scales.
• Perform metal detector checks, line audits, and ingredient inspections to maintain HACCP and GMP compliance.
• Execute bake testing related to shipping requirements or customer complaints.
• Verify lot code legibility and box/pail weight accuracy during production.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Microbiology.
• 5+ years of experience in a related industry laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in analytical testing and laboratory equipment calibration.
• Experience with HPLC or Chromatography.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, FSMA, and safety regulations.
