Description

You will build and deploy AI-native applications and quality enablement platforms, owning the full SDLC from design to production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-based platforms, agents, and skills using Google Vertex AI.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and build EVALs frameworks to measure model accuracy.
• Develop scalable integration platforms, APIs, and web services using the MERN stack.
• Manage the complete software development life cycle, including rigorous testing and validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
• Expertise in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
• Experience with AI-native development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCPs).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker), Git/GitHub, and modern IDEs.
• Proven track record of deploying robust applications to production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Quality Engineering (QE) with a focus on testing, validation, and system reliability.
