Description

Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Integrate Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Analyze test results to identify quality gaps and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality best practices within the team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and Selenium for test automation.
• Proven expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working as an SDET in agile environments.
• Solid understanding of software design and development principles.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify quality issues.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
• 6+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for test automation or scripting.
