Description

You will own end-to-end quality assurance for payment and card processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop test documentation, including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
• Execute functional, API, UI (Web & Mobile), Performance, and Accessibility testing.
• Coordinate integration testing and certification cycles.
• Represent QA in Scrum ceremonies and communicate daily test progress to agile leads.
• Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and user stories in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience preparing and executing test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Solid background in payments, issuing business, and card processing systems.
• Experience with Switch Testing (BASE24, BAE24, EPS, ACI, UPF).
• Strong domain knowledge in transaction switches, modern payment systems, and e-commerce payment flows.
• Hands-on experience with issuing product QA and interchange certifications (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, JCB).
• Proficiency in using JIRA or similar tools for QA tracking and reporting.
• Experience testing through simulators and mock environments.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Platform testing and functional testing.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in cloud-based environments.
