Description

Design, execute, and maintain test plans and automated scripts for functional, API, and integration testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Execute manual and automated testing for functional, API (REST & SOAP), and integration layers.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to generate test cases, automation scripts, and flow documentation.
• Log, track, and manage defects in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate testing progress and risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong proficiency with Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with API testing using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management using Jira.
• Ability to leverage Gen AI tools for optimizing test coverage and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
