You will design and execute test strategies to ensure software quality and deployment stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and plans in collaboration with App Engineering, Architecture, and Product Architecture.
• Create and manage test data while identifying regression scenarios for future testing.
• Execute test cases, detect defects early, and validate deployment and post-deployment verification plans.
• Run resilience testing plans and establish standardized defect severity definitions across service tribes.
• Modify the SDLC to ensure adherence to the Engineering Handbook and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency with Java and testing frameworks including Cucumber, TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing.
• Knowledge of Java JVM and database testing.
• Ability to automate code through Fortify scans.
• Experience influencing CI/CD, change management, and tool integration.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Experience with performance engineering and profiling.
