Own the quality strategy, automation architecture, and AI-driven testing practices for complex, large-scale applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and automation strategies for backend and API changes.
• Build scalable UI and API automation frameworks from scratch using Java or C#.
• Validate data integrity within big data ecosystems by writing advanced queries for large datasets.
• Embed automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery quality.
• Mentor team members on modern testing processes, emerging framework patterns, and AI-assisted tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering or Automation Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Cucumber-TestNG, RestAssured, Maven) or C# (NUnit, RestAssured, NuGet).
• Proven experience testing complex data environments, backend APIs, and data validation pipelines.
• Ability to articulate and implement macro-level testing strategies in real-world scenarios.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools or testing AI/ML models.
• Collaboration with Developers, Architects, and Product Owners in a SAFe/Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering for testing applications.
• Background in big data architecture and data flow validation.
