Description

You will maintain and improve quality systems by managing material specifications, customer requirements, and production quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage material specifications, customer requirement reviews, and the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Facilitate problem-solving teams to resolve customer complaints and internal nonconformances using 8D, A3, and root cause methodologies.
• Drive corrective actions related to audit findings, process deviations, and out-of-specification analysis.
• Support the PPAP process and the development of product special characteristics and capability analysis.
• Maintain quality master data and technical databases to support production quality.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or electronics).
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically within the Quality Module.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with 8D, A3, and root cause problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to perform mathematical analysis, including probability, statistical inference, and capability analysis.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Skill in writing technical reports and interpreting scientific or technical journals.
• Ability to present technical information to both operations personnel and top management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
