You will manage quality control processes and drive continuous improvement using data-driven methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and laboratory testing to verify product standards.
• Execute quality control protocols and Gage R&R studies.
• Manage projects focused on research, development, and continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and IL6S frameworks to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of IL6S.
• Strong background in data analysis and laboratory testing.
• Experience with project management and quality control.
• Familiarity with Gage R&R and research and development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
