Ensure product quality through process adherence, technical analysis, and root cause resolution in an on-site manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP requirements.
• Perform GD&T analysis and use PolyWorks for 3D measurement and part validation.
• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methods to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct metrology, SPC, and MSA (Gauge R&R) studies to support production.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce scrap and process variation.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related technical engineering field.
• Experience with APQP processes.
• Knowledge of GD&T and 3D measurement tools such as PolyWorks.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies including 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Understanding of SPC and MSA (Gauge R&R) studies.
