Description

You will own the end-to-end testing strategy for SIT and UAT phases, ensuring complete test coverage across large-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, schedules, and execution strategies for SIT and UAT.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to align testing efforts with project requirements.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and reporting using JIRA to drive resolution.
• Drive quality improvements by applying metrics, automation best practices, and rigorous testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a QA/Test Lead.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and management.
• Experience in large-scale IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
