Description

You will manage and maintain quality systems to meet IATF16949 standards and support supplier development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality system processes using IATF16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Assist manufacturing departments in creating control plans and work instructions based on PFMEAs and process flows.
• Lead cross-functional APQP meetings to resolve open issues and coordinate internal audit meetings.
• Conduct supplier quality system surveys and manage the PPAP approval process, including initiating corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of automotive or quality engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IATF16949 standards.
• Hands-on experience with the PPAP submission process.
• Proficiency in interpreting information from meters, dials, calibrated scales, and visual display units.
• Ability to use rulers, scales, and other physical measuring instruments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GD&T.
