Description

You will own data quality assurance within the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and transform data from multiple sources using Azure services.
• Provision and set up data platform technologies and test environments in the cloud.
• Develop and implement data handling logic using SQL, Spark SQL, and Python/Scala.
• Test and validate data pipelines leveraging ETL concepts.
• Perform data-related tasks within the Microsoft Azure cloud analytics platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a cloud data tester.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL DB.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Spark, Python, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, data streams, and file stores.
• Experience with ETL tools, including SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in creating Stored Procedures, Functions, Tables, Cursors, and handling large data types in SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Microsoft Azure cloud analytics platform.
