Description

You will own quality management processes within a metals and materials production environment. You will implement systematic quality standards and ensure operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality management systems and ensure adherence to production standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Train employees on quality protocols and solution-oriented problem-solving techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding quality metrics and issues.
• Execute tasks efficiently using Microsoft Suite tools to track and report progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field required.
• Demonstrated experience in a metals or materials production environment.
• Proficiency with ETQ quality management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver tasks on time in a structured production setting.
