Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for mobile applications and streaming media content.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and high-level effort estimates.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for API, functional, integration, and load/performance testing.
• Perform automated nightly regression tests and leverage CI/CD pipelines for functional and production testing.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes and manage the defect lifecycle from discovery to closure.
• Mentor quality engineers and maintain technical documentation and HOWTOs for the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on QE testing.
• 3+ years of experience in QE automation.
• 3+ years of experience testing mobile apps, ads, metrics, and video players (live/on-demand) on iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience implementing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Experience with performance testing tools to measure server and client-side metrics.
• Proficiency with GIT, SQL, Jenkins, Maven, and ANT.
• Experience using Charles or Fiddler, New Relic, JIRA, and TestRail.
• B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in security testing.
• Professional certifications related to QE, Automation, Performance, or Security testing.
