Description

Own the quality assurance lifecycle for Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based systems, ensuring robust testing across functional, regression, integration, and performance dimensions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures tailored to AI applications and agentic frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Conversational AI platforms and LLM solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design test strategies for AI-driven use cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, providing detailed insights and reports on testing outcomes.
• Evaluate usability, effectiveness, and scalability of AI applications, offering actionable feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in testing Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and LLM systems.
• Strong understanding of standard testing practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• In-depth familiarity with LLMs, agentic AI systems, and conversational technologies.
• Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) testing and validation of intelligent agents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
