Description

Lead automation and performance testing for the IPA program to ensure bug-free production deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated system and performance testing frameworks.
• Establish industry-standard testing best practices for the organization.
• Manage performance testing, including defining benchmarks and metrics.
• Build and lead a team of Automation QA Engineers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Automation QA.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java.
• Experience with Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing and metrics.
• Knowledge of QTP.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RPA tools such as Workfusion, Soroco, or UI Path.
