Description

You will manage quality holds, conduct investigations, and maintain documentation for manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality holds and lead root-cause investigations for non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operate within quality systems such as QCMS, HACCP, and FSSC.
• Support manufacturing processes across assigned production shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with quality holds and investigation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of QCMS, HACCP, and FSSC frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work assigned production shifts including nights and weekends.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and regulatory compliance.
