Description

Own the quality engineering lifecycle by designing and maintaining automated test scripts, validating data integrity, and ensuring system reliability across UI, API, and backend layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Python.
• Perform UI, backend, and API testing to ensure system reliability, functionality, and performance.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and test verification.
• Validate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and track defects to resolution.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python-based test automation using Playwright.
• Solid experience in API/backend testing, including REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience testing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments, such as Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Databricks.
