Description

Own automated testing, data validation, and release quality for Python-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Python.
• Perform UI, backend, and API testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Validate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to define test strategies and resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python-based test automation using Playwright.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with API/backend testing, including REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
• Hands-on experience testing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Databricks.
