Description

You will lead quality engineering efforts across backend, UI, and API layers for cloud-based and client/server products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate tests using homegrown and open-source frameworks.
• Develop solution-based test plans by analyzing user stories and estimating quality risks.
• Manage and maintain QA environments, planning for future improvements and support.
• Implement and sustain testing processes across the software development lifecycle.
• Assess the impact of various product lines on the overall solution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java or C# and object-oriented programming.
• 3-5 years of experience with Python and testing automation frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
• Expertise in API testing, performance testing, and SQL/NoSQL database testing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with web-based testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, or Protractor.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to master technical details of multiple complicated software solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on usability and quality.
