Description

Lead quality engineering for AWS-based applications and AI-driven solutions, owning test strategy, automation, and release efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for AWS infrastructure and AI models.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to improve code coverage and release efficiency.
• Design and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct resiliency and chaos engineering tests using tools like Chaos Monkey or Gremlin.
• Mentor junior engineers and refine testing methodologies within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on performance testing.
• Expertise in AWS services and cloud-based application architecture.
• Experience testing AI and machine learning models for accuracy and reliability.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Hands-on experience with performance tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Understanding of chaos engineering principles and tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
