Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from initial effort estimation to automated regression and performance analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test harness setups to validate functionality.
• Develop and maintain API, functional, integration, and load/performance scripts.
• Execute manual and automated testing via CI/CD pipelines and perform nightly application regression.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes and manage the defect lifecycle from discovery to closure.
• Mentor quality engineers and maintain technical documentation and HOWTOs for the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on QE testing.
• 3+ years of experience in QE automation.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• 3+ years of experience testing APIs, web services, and data flows between APIs and front-end applications.
• Experience with version control using GIT and database querying with SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and build tools such as Maven or ANT.
• Proficiency with JIRA for agile management.
• Experience with performance testing tools, debugging tools (Charles/Fiddler), and monitoring tools (New Relic).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in security testing.
• Relevant certifications in QE, Process, Automation, Performance, or Security testing.
