You will manage quality operations and drive process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders, Technicians, and Inspectors to ensure operational excellence.
• Define team strategy, meet performance commitments, and manage MNC area responsibilities.
• Lead change management activities and apply statistical tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis, document lessons learned, and drive engagement within technical teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing or quality experience.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
• Ability to develop key measures and analyze performance data using statistical tools.
• Experience driving engagement and accountability within technical teams.
• Familiarity with conducting internal and external audits.
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing performance graphics.
• Knowledge of ensuring robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with 3+ years tenure in quality engineering roles.
