Description

Manage quality standards for injection molding and assembly processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Read parts drawings to create injection molding and assembly process plans.
• Coordinate with Mold, Production, and Quality departments to develop tooling quality for mass production.
• Analyze manufacturing costs to implement cycle time and defect reductions.
• Communicate technical information across the mold shop, production, and quality departments to meet process targets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in quality engineering.
• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Experience with injection molding processes.
• Experience with assembly process planning.
• Ability to interpret technical parts drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost improvement techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
