Description

Lead automation testing and quality assurance for retail and POS systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation test strategies, test plans, and frameworks.
• Build and execute test scripts, identifying reusable components and global functions.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle from logging and assignment to retesting and closure.
• Perform script reviews with peers and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Coordinate with application SMEs, handle customer-facing interactions, and oversee resource planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in QA.
• At least 4 years of hands-on TOSCA implementation.
• Extensive experience with TOSCA automation, including API, DB, and DI.
• Proven experience in POS testing and retail environments.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as qTest or QC.
• Ability to integrate TOSCA with qTest.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work from the Phoenix, AZ office 5 days a week if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce platforms.
