Description

You will define and drive the enterprise-level quality strategy across cloud-native platforms and enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Establish release quality gates and measurable KPIs to improve DORA metrics and defect escape rates.
• Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and performance testing across distributed systems.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve automation stability and execution efficiency.
• Lead API, microservices, and cloud validation testing for AWS/Azure/GCP-based deployments.
• Mentor senior QA engineers and SDETs while influencing architecture decisions from a quality standpoint.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with UI automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Expertise in REST API Testing.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience validating deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
