Description

You will test the function and performance of TV and Home Audio products throughout design and post-launch phases.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware, firmware, and embedded app testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identify, document, and reproduce product issues, including frequency of occurrence and resolution steps.
• Evaluate pre-production firmware releases and pre-installed applications for proper operation and device compatibility.
• Update test scripts and procedures to incorporate new features or capabilities.
• Maintain service software tools, including CMS and STG applications, and perform app coding updates as needed.

Required Skills

• Experience testing consumer electronics, specifically TV and Home Audio products.
• Knowledge of home network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform hardware, firmware, and software quality assurance testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting technical findings.
• Experience creating test cases to reproduce field-reported issues.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related discipline.
