Description

• 5+ years of experience testing modern web applications as a Quality Engineer, with strong hands-on expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience testing AI or ML powered product features, including validation of model outputs, error handling, and edge cases.
• Solid understanding of modern testing practices across the full software development lifecycle, with experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to create, document, and maintain pragmatic, scalable test strategies.
• Experience working with or coordinating offshore teams, including planning, execution alignment, and effective communication across time zones.
• Experience clearly documenting, reporting, and communicating quality status and test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong team first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CI tools (such as Jenkins) and collaboration tools including Jira, Slack, and Wikis.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and product domains.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building and maintaining automated end to end test coverage for web applications (e.g., using Playwright).
• Hands on experience testing API based applications as an Automation Engineer.
• Backend API testing experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring Quality Engineers
