Description

You will manage quality operations and technical documentation within a production environment, ensuring compliance and leading multi-functional teams as a technical authority.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic Device History Files to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Manage nonconformance reports and CAPA processes from initiation to closure.
• Lead multi-functional teams as the primary technical authority for quality issues.
• Communicate project updates and status reports directly to customers.
• Coordinate tasks and information flow with offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or production control.
• Strong knowledge of operation quality and process control methodologies.
• Experience with the production work order process.
• Proficiency in reviewing complex quality documents and technical procedures.
• Understanding of Nonconformance and CAPA processes.
• Ability to follow complex written procedures and multitask effectively.
• High proficiency in written and verbal English to respond to customer requirements immediately.
