Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle and drive quality standards across the platform portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, automated, and performance testing activities.
• Implement automation solutions to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage defects and perform root cause analysis for platform improvements.
• Set and report product quality standards and metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine testing techniques.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in technology with an emphasis on QA.
• Demonstrable experience using Golang as a programming language.
• Experience testing backend microservices, specifically REST APIs and asynchronous messaging services like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with modern datastores such as Postgres, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using tools like Cucumber or Godog.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools such as Rest Assured or Resty.
• Experience with HTTP stubbing tools like Wiremock or Mountbank.
• Competency with CI/CD/CT tools including Jenkins and version control via GIT or SVN.
