Description

You will own quality assurance for customer-facing digital campaigns, ensuring functional and regression testing across email, SMS, and push channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed test cases for audience selection, offer logic, journey flow, and channel delivery.
• Execute functional and regression testing for integrated systems, recording pass/fail results with supporting evidence.
• Maintain test cases and execution results in approved test management tooling with traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate test data requests and validate completeness and accuracy prior to execution.
• Create and maintain test evidence (screenshots, logs) to support sign-off and audit needs.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/quality engineering, including manual testing and test execution.
• Manual testing experience for customer-facing digital campaigns, journeys, or marketing platforms.
• Selenium and automation testing experience to support regression and retesting of fixes.
• Quality engineering mindset with strong test case documentation and evidence management.
• Agile delivery experience, including participation in daily/weekly Agile ceremonies and status updates.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
