Description

You will own quality assurance for an in-house HR platform, managing test suites, automation, and release support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Test and assess quality for existing and new features across web applications.
• Create and maintain the automation test suite using Selenium and Java.
• Evaluate existing applications for quality following upgrades or enhancements.
• Document QA processes and recommend improvements to testing best practices.
• Provide release support during production deployment alongside developers and product managers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of web quality assurance and testing experience.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with automated testing tools, specifically Selenium and Java.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks.
• Experience with database testing using MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Kanban or Scrum) with CI.
• Proficiency with code version systems such as SVN or Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
