Description

You will manage quality systems and drive process improvements through rigorous analysis and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal audit function for the quality system.
• Drive continuous improvement using the internal audit system.
• Manage the documentation change management system.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions with cross-functional teams, utilizing risk assessments.
• Perform MSA and capability studies on current and new gages and equipment, and address quality rejects.

Required Skills

• Experience with FMEAs, Process Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions.
• Proficiency in MiniTab or other statistical analysis programs and Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in understanding Engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in understanding of APQP and program management techniques.
• Demonstrated competence in Quality related statistics.
• Strong project management skills and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical engineering.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer with automotive industry experience.
• Certified Quality Auditor for IATF-16949.
