Description

You will manage quality systems, drive process improvements through rigorous analysis, and oversee internal auditing for the Toledo, OH location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal audit function for the quality system and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the documentation change management system.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions with cross-functional teams using risk assessments.
• Perform MSA and capability studies on current and new gages, addressing quality rejects.

Required Skills

• Experience with FMEAs, Process Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions.
• Proficiency in Minitab or other statistical analysis programs and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of APQP and program management techniques.
• Demonstrated competence in quality-related statistics.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer with automotive industry experience.
• Certified Quality Auditor for IATF-16949.
