You will manage customer feedback loops and quality compliance processes across multiple systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce feedback entries and classify them by risk level.
• Transcribe entries into site-specific CAPA systems including SharePoint and EtQ.
• Follow up with plant, engineering, and commercial groups to ensure timely closure of open issues.
• Develop KPIs and action plans to monitor customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Summarize division quality reporting using data from PowerBI, Salesforce, and EtQ.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, EtQ, and SharePoint.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to present data analysis in verbal and written formats for broad audiences.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to resolve complex issues.
• Proven ability to drive tasks to closure and work independently.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional fluency in written and oral English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 8D methodology and problem-solving tools.
• Familiarity with Camstar and customer service experience.
