Description

You will manage quality inspection processes and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product compliance before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to develop inspection plans.
• Conduct source inspections of products and document all results prior to shipment.
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve inspection findings and drive validation improvements.
• Escalate process complaints and quality issues to the SQE.
• Support SQE with NPI projects, process compliance audits, and quality issue handling.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in inspection work and inspection processes.
• Experience applying AQL sampling plans.
• 2+ years of experience working in an electronic production company.
• Proficiency in ISO quality management systems and standards.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel both domestically and overseas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with smart home device production.
