Description

Manage quality processes and support product testing through data-driven methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve quality processes and procedures essential to the Quality Management System.
• Execute periodic gap analysis between established goals and current performance.
• Support mechanical and electrical testing for new and existing products.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to support process capability.
• Identify root causes of issues through corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
• Ability to maintain data collection, entry, and reporting for product conformance and equipment calibration.
• Skill in developing standards for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials and equipment.
• Experience performing Gap Analysis.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD-790 standards.
• Experience with quality improvement methods involving assessment, planning, and validation.
