Define and lead the QA strategy for capital markets applications, ensuring the reliability of trading, risk, and financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for functional, performance, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate QA automation into CI/CD pipelines to support seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver integrated trading platforms and risk systems.
• Develop realistic test scenarios using expertise in trading, risk management, and financial instruments.
• Drive the adoption of QA best practices, standards, and tools across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance leadership with a focus on automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java or Python.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure Pipelines.
• Strong expertise in functional, performance, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets processes, including derivatives, trading systems, and risk platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Ability to analyze, track, and report on QA progress and risks to senior leadership.
