Description

You will lead techno-functional quality engineering efforts within the Property & Casualty domain, owning the end-to-end quality lifecycle for insurance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives for Policy Administration applications and claims processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end quality lifecycle for P&C insurance workflows.
• Manage coordination between vendors, client locations, and onsite/offshore teams.
• Execute data validation and reporting using SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Strong functional knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration systems.
• Deep understanding of Claims processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Experience working directly with third-party vendors and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
