Description

Lead testing engagements and define automation strategies for UI, API, and database layers. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies, plans, and schedules with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Conduct test assessments to identify process gaps and build QE transformation roadmaps.
• Define and implement test automation frameworks across UI, API, and database layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software testing, with 5+ years in test automation architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, Tosca, UFT, or Appium.
• Expertise in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience integrating testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of banking applications, financial transactions, and compliance testing.
• Ability to lead automation initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
