Description

>> The QE Lead is responsible for leading the quality engineering function across applications and platforms, ensuring high-quality software delivery through test strategy, automation, process improvements, and team leadership.

>> The role works closely with Development, Product, Business, and Operations teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements: 

>> Define and implement the overall Quality Engineering strategy.

>> Establish quality standards, metrics, and best practices across projects.

>> Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test approaches.

>> Lead automation framework design and implementation.

>> Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, Release Managers, and Business Stakeholders
